The Spilled Beaker

Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Emma, I’m a graduate student in Chemistry at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON, Canada.

I enjoy writing in my free time and typically keep my pieces to my self, but I was encouraged to store my writing in one place and share my thoughts, which is what brought me here.

I chose The Spilled Beaker as this blog’s name as I plan to write about my random or “spilled” thoughts which may or may not touch on my chemistry background once in a while – hence the “beaker” part.
